Absolutely amazing! The tatami room, huge bath, comfy futons, beautiful view-everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful and attentive, considering we were one of the only guests, rather than making us take the shuttle bus to their designated spots, they dropped us right at our destination-the Imperial Palace Kyoto. The onsen was also fantastic!
